Designed to work with the original factory components including cowl, doors and tailgate.
This body has a stock FJ40 width of 63-3/4".
This body includes an aluminum transmission tunnel with holes for the shifter and t-case. If you would prefer a blank tranny cover sent out instead, please make note when you place your order and we would be happy to swap it out at no additional cost.
14" longer than original FJ40, 5-5/8" longer in the 'B' pillar, 8-3/8" longer behind rear wheel.
We do not make the arched fuel filler profile for pre-1973 FJ40s. If you are working from an FJ40 from before 1973, we recommend finding a 1973-1978 fuel filler door to cover the fuel filler hole profile.
We highly recommend that you pre-fit your components prior to painting or powder coating.
