Description	We stock a variety of hardware options specific to our racks and rack products. Please see the images and descriptions below for the solution you're looking for. 80 Series Rack Delete hardware Removal of your factory rack from the 80 series will leave behind some exposed threaded holes, and while the best way to repair this is to weld those shut and repaint the roof, that's not always practical for all budgets and timelines. So the next best thing is to fill those up with a little silicone or polyurethane sealant, and install our hardware kit. Rubber washers are 3mm (.120") thick, made from EPDM, providing great UV, chemical, tear, and compression set resistance. Bolts are M5,slotted head pan screws, made from A1/303 stainless steel, providing a higher strength than 304 stainless while maintaining good rust and corrosion resistance.
