To use a 1968 to 9/73 head light switch on a 10/73 to 9/1980 harness you need:
10/73-9/80 Head Light Switch Adapter
This adaptor allows you to use a 1968- 9/73 Head Light Switch on a later year 10/73 to 9/1980 Harness. Just plug the switch in one end and the other end into the harness headlight connector and you are done!
