Super easy to install (easier with someone to turn the radio on/off). Remove the old antenna with a little tug...turn the radio on to get the motor to the top...turn off the radio and insert the pull wand. The teeth will grab it and the rest is history. Plenty of room in the spool area for the old wand and the new. I lubed the new unit and it is like new! 15 minute install - tops!!
